Worship and praise must be an integral part of Church life. As Christians it’s our job to declare the wonders of our God. We can express this through praise. God is deserving of glory and praise and we were made to praise Him. As the word ‘Hallelu-Yah’ means, you must praise Yah!

God put praise and worship in my heart when I was in my early twenties and wondering what life was all about and what it had in store for me, by giving me Isaiah chapter 12. Especially verses 5 & 6. “Sing to the Lord, for He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth. Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, for great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”

Also in many of the Psalms, especially the last few, tell us of how it’s good to be passionate and extreme about praising God. Psalm 150 tells ‘everything that has breath to praise the Lord’!
